We do not use AI generated applications and we do not use automated mass apply tools. The aim is to make sure the application is based on the role being applied to and the information you actually provided.
Before an application is started
The vacancy is checked against the job titles, locations, working arrangements, salary range and other preferences saved in your onboarding form. This helps avoid spending your application balance on roles that are clearly outside your brief.
When the application is completed
The form is completed using your real work history, education, eligibility and other information. Where a CV needs to be adjusted, the changes should make the most relevant parts easier to see without inventing experience or qualifications.
After submission
The application can be added to your dashboard with the employer, role, date, status, CV used and screenshot proof. If the employer contacts you later, you have a record of what was sent.
You complete the onboarding information once. Your assigned application specialist then works from the same information while applications are being completed.
