Terms & Refunds
By purchasing a package you agree to the terms below. They're kept simple so you know exactly what you're paying for.
What you're buying
This is a one off job application service. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. However you may choose to increase your applications service.
You choose an application package and I personally work on your job search. This can include finding suitable jobs, tailoring your resume, completing application forms, reviewing applications and submitting them on your behalf.
You'll also receive a record of the applications completed, including the job details, status, tailored resume used and submission proof where available.
Your information
You must provide accurate and truthful information about your experience, education, qualifications, right to work and anything else needed for your applications.
I won't knowingly make up experience, qualifications or other information about you.
By purchasing the service you give me permission to use the information you've provided to complete and submit job applications on your behalf.
Your job preferences
You can tell me the roles, locations, industries and companies you want me to focus on. You can also send me specific jobs you want to apply for.
You can change your preferences while I'm working but applications that have already been submitted can't be taken back.
No guaranteed interviews or jobs
I cannot guarantee an interview, job offer or employment. Hiring decisions are completely controlled by employers.
Anyone promising you a guaranteed interview or job may be scamming you. What I can promise is that I'll put genuine time and effort into the service you've purchased and handle your applications with reasonable care.
An employer rejecting you, not responding, closing a vacancy or choosing another candidate does not mean the service wasn't provided.
Refunds & cancellations
If you change your mind before I've started working on your package, contact me as soon as possible.
If you ask me to start working immediately and then cancel after work has started, any refund may be reduced to cover the work I've already completed. This can include researching jobs, reviewing vacancies, tailoring resumes, preparing applications and submitting applications.
Once your package has been fully completed change of mind refunds are normally not available.
Refunds are not given simply because applications don't result in interviews or job offers.
If I can't complete part of the package you purchased, I'll either complete the remaining work within a reasonable time or refund the part of the service I wasn't able to provide.
Duplicate payments or payment errors will be refunded.
Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights you are legally entitled to.
Application limits
An application normally counts towards your package once it has been submitted to an employer.
If a job closes or disappears before I can submit the application, it won't normally count as a completed application.
Some applications may require you to personally complete an assessment, identity check, verification step or other part that I can't complete for you.
Third party websites
Applications may be made through company websites, LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment platforms.
I don't control these websites. Jobs can be removed, websites can go down and employers can change their application process without notice.
Mistakes or problems
If you think I've made a significant mistake with an application or haven't delivered part of the service properly contact me and I'll review it.
Where appropriate I'll correct the issue, redo the affected work or provide another appropriate solution.
Payments
All packages are a one off purchases. I do not automatically renew packages or charge subscriptions.
If there's a problem with a payment or the service please contact me first so I have the opportunity to resolve it.
Privacy
I need to use the personal information you provide to complete your applications. This means relevant information will be shared with employers and recruitment platforms when applying on your behalf.
Your information is only used as needed to provide the service and submit applications on your behalf.
Final bit
These terms are here to keep things fair for both of us. I'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill, and you agree to provide truthful information and understand that the final hiring decision belongs to the employer.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
