Information we use
This can include your name, contact details, work history, education, job preferences, right-to-work information and documents you choose to upload. Your onboarding form is used so applications can be completed using the information you provided.
How the information is used
We use account information to provide the service, manage your application balance, complete applications, maintain your application record and communicate with you about the work being done.
Payments and storage
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Account data is stored using Cloudflare services, and uploaded CVs and proof files are stored in private object storage.
Your choices
You can update onboarding information from your account. You can also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to information we may need to keep for payment, legal or service administration reasons.
